By registering an account on the 456bs platform or by accessing any part of the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. To create and maintain an account on 456bs, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 456bs strictly prohibits access to minors. 21+ only.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep it up to date at all times.
• You must not hold more than one active account on the platform at any given time. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and funds may be forfeited.

456bs reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any point. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account restriction or closure without prior notice.

All financial transactions on the 456bs platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

• You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute any part of the 456bs interface or brand assets.
• The 456bs name, logo, and brand identity may not be used in any third-party marketing without explicit written consent.
• Game content from third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.) remains the property of those respective studios and is used under license.
• Any breach of intellectual property rights may result in legal proceedings under applicable Bangladeshi and international law.

456bs provides its platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 456bs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall 456bs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if 456bs has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total aggregate liability of 456bs to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the preceding 30 calendar days.

456bs reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, unresolved KYC requirements, or abusive behavior. Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to the verified payment method on file, subject to completed KYC and absence of any outstanding disputes.

Please note that self-exclusion requests are treated differently and may result in a longer restriction period for player protection purposes.
